Why doesn’t the fan run all the time?
The fan does not continuously run. The fan runs intermittently through the 30-day cycle. This ensures equal fragrance distribution through the 30-day cycle.
Does this come with batteries?
The refills each come with an individually wrapped battery so when you replace the refill, you replace the battery. The dispenser is sold separately from the refills.
Why can’t I smell any fragrance?
Our fragrances are rated by different intensities. Coconut vanilla is a very mild, low intensity fragrance while Alpine Forest and Summer Sunshine are some of the most powerful. The myfresh 2.0 is recommended for rooms up to 60 sq. ft.
